1- internet open data base ( online ( TC= tobacco control " counselling, campaining resources , researching and training " distant training" data as main basic infrastructure for the project   ) 

2- online services ( health education ( Addiction control)  e-shop,e-counselling- e-training,e-quit,Swaki & Smoki Kids e-magazine  etc)

3-  All online activities can be downloaded (into the " on earth clinic" ( stop smoking clinic or quit smoking - or smoking cessation clinic ) at any country or sub-country "wilaiya"  ( global agents network) )

The love in Islam  between Moslems in Qatar and thier willing to bridge it with thier brothers in South Asia ( and then came Dr Rami's rule , based on his IT background & skills  to download the idea into civilized global online project) , also the ideas will be more  visibile to both countries then they can find more practical ways for making it practical.
